Nobody expects it - the bar is set low as far as communication goes.

When you have to reach out to a customer service team, there’s nothing more frustrating than when they avoid putting a human on the line for as long as possible. Issues are best solved over the phone - human to human.

About a year or two ago, I started randomly calling friends and family when I had free time. Then, I started calling instead of emailing or texting when issues arose. Never easy - always worth it. When someone emails or texts about an issue, the best thing to do is pick up the phone and call. Nobody expects it - the bar is set low as far as communication goes.

If something needs resolved, simply call.
