Neighbor Serve: Home Concierge

In March of this year, I joined a local entrepreneur, Dan Hanrahan, to build Neighbor Serve. We’ve made great progress in 2024 and I thought it’d make sense to share more.

At a high level, we connect homeowners with trusted, locally owned residential contractors, or pros.

I lead our Home Concierge service, which is a hands-on experience to help busy families and professionals care for their homes.

Home Concierge Overview

Home Concierge by Neighbor Serve simplifies homeownership by helping busy families & professionals save time and worry less. We handle the hassle of vetting pros, gathering quotes, and organizing the home. We ensure fair pricing and priority service from local home service Pros, while delivering timely seasonal reminders. Home Concierge allows homeowners to focus on what matters most.

The Process

• Home Kickoff.. we get to know the home, make key recommendations, and build out a seasonal approach.

• Home Hub... we build a digital Hub that includes a Quote Tracker, Preferred Pro Menu, Key Home Info, Emergency Contacts, and more. 

• Service... we are the one call to assist with anything home related (handyman services to remodels) and make sure homeowners receive seasonal reminders.
