Thanksgiving Drive
Detach from the things we have...
I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving and were able to spend it with loved ones.
On our way to Northern IN to visit my wife’s extended family, we drove through a tiny little town in the middle of nowhere. When I say tiny, I mean like 300 people. As we made our way through, I said “How would you live here? What would you do?”
My wife, Andrea, said “I bet everyone here is happy. Remember, it’s who we have that matters.”
I’ve been focused on detaching from “things” by fasting, writing, etc to remind myself exactly what Andrea said above but it can certainly be difficult.
If you know someone that would enjoy reading each Monday & Friday, please feel free to share! If not, that’s okay too.
