The Plan: Foundational Entrepreneurship

Thank you for the feedback and continued interest...

Last Friday, I published an essay on Foundational Entrepreneurship after months of organizing thoughts, taking notes, and having intentional conversations. Although I didn’t push it aggressively on platforms, the response I received surprised me a bit.

The main inquiry I received after publication was “how can I follow along with the follow up essays?”

Long term, I’d like to use this as a framework for myself as we build Neighbor Serve and possibly create a curriculum, book, and presentation on the topic.

In the short term, as I shared in the essay, I plan to break down the pillars, one by one, and further explore how each plays a crucial role in the overarching Foundational Entrepreneurship theory.

I don’t have an exact timeline of when these will be published, but I do know it will follow the order below:

  • Faith: Believing in something bigger than yourself

  • Family: Building a meaningful, present life with those around you

  • Health: Mental, physical, emotional

  • Community: Connections beyond self

  • Peace: Space for stillness

  • Pursuit: Pursuing the solution to a problem you care about

Obviously, all these connect and, in some cases, even overlap. The initial essays for each pillar will be rather concise and, once those are all published, I’ll combine them for a final long-form essay.
